You should not have to push on the clip. See the owners manual at the link below. Your C11 may have to be repaired.
pull the slide back put the clip in and push the slide forward and shoot!
There should be a little slide lever next to the clip on the bottom of the rifle. either push in or push forward and the clip will release.

Are you asking about the Air Soft version or the regular BB version? If it's a BB gun then remove the BB clip (Take it out) then find a very thin rod. ( A .177 cleaning rod is best.) and push the BB back into the loading chamber and let it fall out. If it's still under warranty send it back to crosman or contact them directly at 1-800-7AIRGUN (724-7486)
I do not know of any model I-350 made by Crosman, but they did make a push barrel rifles known as a model V350 between 1961-69

I know of No Crosman BB GUN model V35C. However Crosman made a V350 BB Rifle from 1962 to 69. If this is the rifle you are asking about please post the condition of the rifle. ( excellent, good, fair or poor.) It was a push barrel rifle. Is it in working condition? Repost with the information.
This is a JC Higgins model air rifle made for Sears by Crosman air gun company. Its really a Crosman model V350 made between 1961-69. It's a push barrel BB rifle.
theres a clip. unclip it. use a small screwdriver to push the clip out and pull it out.
