You probably have a throat infection that needs to be checked by an ENT doctor or even a general doctor. It could range from development of oral yeast to bacterial infections: tonsillitis, oral thrush, mononucleosis, strep throat and the likes.
Hi, I think white spots at the back of your throat is tonsilitis, but I am not sure of it. Don't know the answer to "frog in throat" I have heard of it, But not sure what it is. sorry x :)
One possibility is a sinus infection. It can create a white streak down the wall of the throat.
Strep Throat, Thrush ( Mouth yeast infection), tonsillitis.

pharyngitis or inflammation of the pharynx/throat may be the reason for white pustules in the back of the throat. Getting a culture done at the doctor office will help diagnose.
There is purulent discharge from the throat as a result of immunological response to infection. So the throat looks yellowish white.
