You need a good posture at an early age because if you start your life with a horrible posture, then that horrible posture will follow you for the rest of your life. For example, at a young age, a girl might slouch. Her parents would continuously remind her to fix her posture but she refused to do so. Then, as she grew into a young woman, she still slouched over. However, this was not because she chose to do so, it was because it was now a habit that was impossible to get rid of.
The year they were born

Muscles help with posture, prevent strains and sprains and also get burns fat (we are past an age where we need to store fat for a time when we may run out)
50 year old is a good early retirement age. In the ages of 50 through 60 should be a good estimate, in my opinion. People can have disabilities through at an early age or they can't seem to work anymore will retire at around 50-60 years of age.

There is no age limit. Some filmmakers started at early ages, like 10 to 15 years old. To become a filmmaker, all you need is a good story and a camera!
A baby typically needs dental insurance when their first tooth emerges, which is usually around 6 months of age. Dental care is important for maintaining good oral health from an early age.
Neither. If talking about time frames and eras it would be 'in the early ages' or 'in the early days of the age.' If you are talking about a person, it would be 'at an early age.'
