Exactly what the person above me said
No soil= no trees or plants
no trees or plants= too much carbon dioxide and not enough oxygen
not enough oxygen and too much carbon dioxide= us sufficating
us sufficating= dead animals and people
plants and trees take in the carbon dioxide we exhale and release oxygen which we inhale.
soil is important in growing plants because it provides more nutrients for the plants and it holds water better. (atleast that I know).
notice that if you but flowers from a store and put them in a vase with water they dont last as long as the flowers outside in the soil.
s is just basic science
hope we helped :)
they need a neutral type of soil
it may depend on what plant it is. But usually yes they do need soil.
Plants need a fertilizer (and soil) called potting mix.
Plants obviously need soil to grow and animals doesn't need soil, they need food and water
Fish need it for food, the soil needs it for clean-up, and plants need it for filtering soil.

Plants grow from what they need is the sun, soil, water, and the nutrients in the soil.
No, but they do need the nutrients commonly found in the soil, and nitrogen fixing soil bacteria are extremely beneficial, though not technically necesary, to plants.
Nutrients
no
They need organic soil.
