You need the recommended daily amount to keep you healthy. You need the right amount of fibre, fat and sugars. If you have too much sugar you might go a bit crazy! And you don't wanna have too much fat other wise you'll be putting on quite a bit of weight! And you always have to have the right amount of fibre just because (I don't know why!) !
