Because we make electricity because we need it for our homes and the area also we make cars well so we can drive and go to places.
If you insulate a home then it keeps the heat in the home for longer which means that you do not need to burn as much fossil fuel to keep warm.
We as people on this planet need Energy. And the easiest way to get it is by burning fossil fuel. We use the fuel to make gas for our cars, to make electricity for our homes, to run our factories and powerplants. We've been consuming more and more over the years in way more time it takes fossil fuels to make themselves in the ground out of dying and decomposing material. We burn fossil fuels because it is the second most effective way that we know to get energy and the easiest one to transport. Nuclear energy is more effective, but has a stigma attached of it being bad due to a lack of understanding from the general population. Therefore people will generally prefer fossil fuels over nuclear energy. We burn fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) because we didn't realize they were adding to the greenhouse effect which is now causing global warming and climate change. We know this now, but we are too greedy for easy profits and we ignore the long term consequences and what it will mean for our children and grandchildren.
As fossil fuels are depleting day by day, we need a alternative to it.We that is why need to have other source of fuel.Geo thermal is that is why used now and it should replace fossil fuels.
as fossil fuels are very important as most of our vehicles work on fossil fuels once finished they only can be restored after millions and millions of years
Oxygen. Fuels need that to burn.
Examples of fossil fuels are coal, oil and natural gas. Fossil fuels are nonrenewable energy sources which can be used to make electricity in a power station but it is very bad for the planet and global warming. Fossil fuels are running out slowly so we need to think of something else which is a renewable source of energy.
No, but most fuels need oxygen to burn.
When we burn fossil fuels, that fossil fuel is gone. *POOF!* And it'll take millions of years for the nonrenewable resource to form again. Therefore we need to conserve fossil fuels as much as possible.
Because different fuels need different amounts of Oxygen and heat to ignite.
I think it because there is more energy needed in order to break down the bonds in the hydrocarbon. Making it less efficient for fuels
because you do not have to burn fossil fuels (which is good for the enviornment) one day these fossil fuels will run out, so we need a renewable energy source (something that won't run out)
Carbon dioxide is one of the main pollutants causing global warming. By removing CO2 in the first place, a minimal amount is released into the atmosphere during the process of burning fuels.
Mainly two reasons. (1) The fossil fuels will eventually be used up. (2) Fossil fuels cause pollution.
It depends on how many calories they consume; if you are of a slighter build and eat less calories, you need to burn less.
Because they are the most readily available and easiest to use energy source. We need to use any and all available energy sources. Fossil fuels have many drawbacks, but their near global availability and ease of use guarantees that they will be used even with such drawbacks.
We need to burn fossil fuels now to produce electricity and power our transport. When we do this we release carbon that has been buried for millions of years. Before we can stop burning fossil fuels we need to develop other ways of generating electricity, like better ways of using solar, wind, water and thermal energy. When we can do this efficiently then we can stop using fossil fuels.
