We MUST drink water on a daily bases and stay hydrayated to keep our bodies functioning properly. Our bodies are made up mostly of water. About 85% of our brain's are made up of water, about 80% of our blood, and even 70% of our muscles are made of water. Water discharges toxins from the food and air we take in every day. To keep your liver, kidneys, and metabilism working at 100% you need water. Water also carries nutrients and oxygen throughout your body.
Some signs of not enough water are being thirsty (of course), dry skin, and headaches. Another way to tell if your in need of water is when you feel hungry try drinking a glass or two of water before you eat to make sure you arnt just in need for a drink.
Serious things can occur without water such as blood clotts, constipation, and Urinary tract infections.
