As Winston Churchill once said, "thosewho do not learn history are doomed to repeat it".Basically if you don't learn about the mistakes we made as a people, we might make them again,
for we learn from are mistakes.
for example in a hundred years if we didn't learn about the slaves in the 1900s we may go to say Japan and make them our slaves because they look different.

my answer to this question is NO!!!! because in school you learn science, social studies, math, history.yes you can learn things outside of school but the best way is to learn it when you are in school and have teachers to help you with what ever you need to know or do

It is alot of fun if you have a good teacher and a good topic
Miss Kelsey Shoulder "My 9th grade teacher" once told me, if you need to know what cultural contribution means. Ask your 8th grade Social Studies teacher Mr. Waymer by email. She taught Science at the time, but now teaches Social Studies. SSundee once said "You need to learn how to siot" xD
