Setting aside the racist overtones of your question, and regardless of the occupation of anyone (famous or otherwise) having their dog(s) trained to attack/kill people and other dogs, demonstrates totally unacceptable and extreme antisocial behaviour on the part of the dog owner concerned - regardless of what they do to earn a crust. As a result, any such irresponsible dog owner within a civilised society should be punished. Personally (as one of those "white people" who respects all life), I do not believe a prison sentence was necessary or appropriate regarding the dog owner concerned. My alternative solution would have been to ban the owner from ever owning ANY animals again, and to fine him 10% of his annual income (approximately GBP120,000) which the courts should then have awarded to Dog Training charities and animal shelters.

An emphasis does not change the nature of the degree, but instead adds to it (i.e. a BBA in business with an emphasis in accounting is still a business degree but with additional courses taken in accounting to increase the student's knowledge in that subject).
