In His Gita Lord Krishna tells Arjuna:

BG 9.34: " Engage your mind always in thinking of Me, become My devotee, offer obeisances to Me and worship Me. Being completely absorbed in Me, surely you will come to Me."

Thus we can go back to Godhead, no more birth, death, old age, and disease. Eternal life of blissful knowledge.

Also, constant remembrance brings great inner happiness...

BG 6.28: "Thus the self-controlled yogī, constantly engaged in yoga practice, becomes free from all material contamination and achieves the highest stage of perfect happiness in transcendental loving service to the Lord."
