When I stand up or sit down too quickly this happens to me, so I know what you mean. You may be hypoglycemic or have hypo/hypertension. If it happens often I would talk to a doctor.

If it is only a passing event triggered by standing up rapidly, with no other signs of anything wrong, it is most likely due to the rapid standing slightly, temporarily dropping blood pressure to the brain.
A black Jaguars spots are so hard to see because the spots are also black so they blend into the fur.
