start turning egg daily if you do not have an egg turn i.e. morning / evening stop turning three days before hatch date
the incubation period for chicken eggs is 21 days, however, sometimes it takes a bit longer so it is always safe to give the eggs around 26 days.
There is no way to stop a chicken from laying eggs; It's nature's way.
Put lemon in the bottom of the pot!
It is not good if your chicken is eating its own eggs but it should not effect the taste of the meat or eggs. If your chicken is eating its eggs the only way to stop it is to check for eggs more often and try to make sure you pick up the eggs as soon as possible.
it depends on the chicken some do stop but after their older and some might not stop laying but they will slow down (not lay as frequent)
Provide less light during the day. If you keep the hens in an enclosed coop you can let them out later in the day and bring them in earlier. A hen needs at least 14 hours of light per day to lay eggs. Turning off the lights in the barn will force them to slow and ultimately stop laying.

If you take really good care of your chickens, they can live to be 10 years. and they lay eggs for about 5years.
House eggs are chicken eggs put into a refrigerator AS SOON as they are laid, to stop the growing chicken from developing. Unrefrigerated eggs can have little lumps and chicken parts. Uncooked eggs CAN carry things like salmonella. But, "I often consume raw eggs as a way of making sure I get high quality protein and fats into my diet. The risk of salmonella infection is usually only present in traditionally raised commercial hens. If one purchases ones eggs from healthy chickens, the risk of infection is dramatically reduced. It's important to note that only sick chickens lay salmonella-contaminated eggs. If you purchase high quality, cage-free, organically fed, chicken eggs, the risks are dramatically reduced."- By healingdaily As said I don't know if it is true but as said High Quality chicken eggs are not hazardous.
