Sorry i cant explain my problem here... but heres the case...
I really need help on this, its freaking messing me up and messing with my life at this point. But my problem is i feel like i take on or just feel horrible about other peoples problems. Ill hear about them some how, come across them online or hear about them from someone and I wont even know the person its happened to by person or anything about them other than the situation there in, usually pretty bad one. And I dont know why but ill feel horrible about it and i cant ever shake the stupid feeling off or anything thought im not gonna met them nor do I even know them! Its killing me and this is been going on for months now and its taking out of me and I cant deal with this feeling anymore! If it were to happen to my family, friends.. someone like that it would make sense i feel horrible about it! But this is these feelings of just deep sorrow for someone i dont even know! How the hell can i get rid of this feeling, prevent it or something?!?! Ive been through hell in my life too and really no ones ever been there, except 1 person recently, but i dont know, what should i do?
