Why do you think about a person and you cant stop no matter how much you want to and everytime you do stop something reminds you of them and its all the time but they are a person that really hurt you?

Sometimes the people that hurt you the most are the people at the top of your mind, just like in life some of the most memmorable things are the worst experiences of your life. It might be because your not over them or what they did, so thier always on your mind how you get it to go away is you get over them and what they did it will be hard but you just half to give it time. I hope things get better and that this wil be helpful.
