Killing is wrong when that is done without reasons. e.g. a bad person killed and raped so many... so, he should be hanged. But, just to kill for minor reasons is bad.

Good question. Killing is not wrong. Killing without justification is perhaps wrong. Any government has a duty to protect its citizens. That duty often is onerous. Decisions have to be made. Some of which we may all not agree with. A decision was made, by duly appointed people, that killing Osama bin Laden would be for the common good. It was therefore carried out by the will of the people. It may have been wrong to do so.

Personally I do not believe it can, this is due to the fact that you could be faced with the situation that a terrorist will kill one thousand people and only you can stop him. Now absolutist ethics would say that you cannot kill the terrorist as killing is always wrong, but i think that by not killing the terrorist you are effectively condemning the one thousand people to death therefore i consider this to be morally wrong more so than killing the terrorist.

Yes, although I think that reason is the most important factor in making moral decisions. For example, we can emotionally want something such as to kill someone if we really dislike them, but reason tells us that killing is wrong and so (hopefully!) we decide that killing the person would be morally wrong.
