In my opinion I believe western culture is to far into modern living to fit religion inside of it.
Killing any living beingAnswer:Buddhism doesn't have either must-dos or taboos. The suggestions of the Eightfold Path are just suggestions. Many Buddhists refrain from killing sentient (thinking) beings but the inclusivity of sentient are not defined.
I think it kind of depends on the kind of scripture you are speaking of, but I for most cases, the answer is no. It is based off of the word of the God of the religion and the religion's prophets
I'm not completely sure, but I think it is Catholic. Or Protestant.
I'm not sure if it's just a thing to do in the Christianity religion, but i think it is okay, as long as the ring isn't blessed by a preacher, which makes it into a christian tradition although i do not know if it is against the Jewish religion, which i highly doubt
I think it play a religion, team and a life time
I think culture comprises of many different dynamics all working together to form a whole, what we know as culture. Communication/relationship: Without communication there is no relationship, without relationship there is no communication, and without either there is no persons Law/Religion: What you believe will form the foundation of your code, your rules, and conduct Leadership: Every culture establishes some form of leadership, some form of upholding rights, whether the motives are selfish or not depends on the leader and depends on the view of the people of the role of the leadership/authority. Tradition: This creates the unique and creative dynamic of a culture. This is what essentially makes us human. Animals follow the law of nature, many maintain a sense of authority/ leadership (A pride of lions ie) and there is a form of communication that happens between nature groups. Tradition is true intelligence on display.
No if you are part of a culture it will not change because of your religion. The two if you think about it can be the same .... i meen i'm catholic but my English culture does not effect my love towards my religion..... if you are muslim or seek you may not eat different meets but your love and respect to Allah does not stop you listening to your culture. I hope this helped you Erin xxx
