The body has had a whole night to digest food etc. In the evening, you have eaten meals, snacks, drank fluid, so it all adds up to extra weight in the evening. The weight range shouldn't be very much though unless you've been constantly eating all day or vice versa.

Also, we lose the water that accumulated in our system overnight, once we wake up and urinate. All the water that built up in our cells over the course of the previous day moves from those cells, into our bloodstream, and into our kidneys while we sleep.

On average this is true, but it's all dependent on factors such as the bed, your age, weight and health.
If you are finding it harder to concentrate in the evening than in the morning, then presumably you are tired after your exertions of the day, and you need to rest. Note that not everybody has greater difficulty concentrating in the evening than they do in the morning. There are morning people and there are night people. It depends upon how your life is organized, how much coffee you drink, and so forth.
Certainly it is more cheaper to set heating for two hours morning and evening rather than to set it for all day long.

The water is colder in the morning because it hasn't been heated by the sun. The water in the evening has been exposed to the heat of the sun all day, whereas the darkness of night allows it to cool before the morning.
