We are having a little debate. The Groundhog usually sees his shadow, which means 6 more weeks of winter. But who decides whether he sees it, and what do they base it on? Is it based on the weather THAT DAY and whether it would probably produce a shadow (sunny day) or is it based on some long-term weather prediction for the upcoming two months?
