Motors running slowly usually point to a voltage drop, if mechanical resistance can be eliminated as the cause.
It would be useful to check the voltage at the motor terminals when they are running, to determine if this is the case.
Check that the battery is being charged and holding a charge, again determined using a digital volt meter. Engine running, should show 13.5 volts. Recently stopped engine should be 12.5v
Check at the battery terminals and also at the motor terminals to see if there is a difference.
A difference will indicate poor connections (corroded), electrical resistance.
A fault which effects a lot of devices usually indicates a poor earth connection. Check that there is a good earth connection between the negative terminal and the vehicles body work.
A pretty big cable goes to the engine block, for starting purposes, but the engine and transmission are mounted on rubber and do not provide a negative pole to the rest of the body work. Another link has to provide negative to the body as well.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there is.
I don't know but it doesn't seem like either one came with proper English.
Apparenty not... it complains of wanting Windows 95 or later, but does not seem to recognize that Windows 7 fits that description.
DOS Windows? That is so old, it might be on Google somewhere. I can't seem to find it on Google, only torrents.
In my opinion, Silblade makes very good windshield wipers. They seem to last longer than most other brands of windshield wipers, based on my experience. I've used this brand in all the cars I own when it comes time to replace the wipers. They are actually very durable and last a while. Another alternative is the Trico NeoForm Beam Blade. Absolutely love them. See sources and related links below.
Fixing the problem would seem to be reasonable.
Windows phone look great and seem to have a lot of good features. The biggest problem people find with them is that the windows phone market does not have a lot to offer. A great windows phone is the HTC HD2.
Yes, you can find free software on the internet that will allow you to tweak your computer's looks and feels to make it seem more like Windows 8, and plus you can also change the Start button, all you need to do is search google for 'make windows 7 look like windows 8' and download the programs/tweaks from there, I also suggest you look up a YouTube tutorial before you do it, as these can sometimes corrupt your system if not done correctly.
Seem is a verb that means to appear like, to look like, or to sound like. Example sentence: You seem to be tired.

It would seem that when comparing Linux, Macintosh and Windows operating systems, Linux has the advantage. However, most programs and applications that are in high demand are usually written for Windows operating systems.
