To tell you the truth, if you think about,

the clothes you wear are sticking to your

skin making you feel hot. When you take your

clothes off, it already makes you feel way cooler.

Also, since the pool is usually cool/cold,

that just makes you feel cooler on a hot summer's

day.

Swimming pool water will almost always be cooler than 98.6 degrees which is your body temperature, anything cooler than 98.6 will feel that way.
