Well you can try all sorts of things like; get a good-quality shampoo (i recommend tresseme, which i find really helps out), you can also make sure you drink plenty of water, which is not only good for your hair and skin, but its healthy for you, try not to apply to much heat to your hair, you can do this by going to bed with your hair damp and let it dry over night (saves you from using a hair dryer) or if you want it curly go to bed with your hair wet in plaits, it is alright to have heat on it once in a while, just not all the time.... a good tip for growing your hair; say your ill for a week or so, and your just going to be staying it, try not to wash it, as it will make your hair grow quicker and give you less dead ends.
