Parking Lights or low Beams.
You should use your low beams to avoid blinding the driver ahead as you lights reflect in his mirrors.
At night, there are many strobe lights all over it that flash simultaneously.
The laws vary from state to state. I'm sure some states have laws that prohibit this. They can be pretty blinding during the day as well as night. Here is my common sense view. Never drive with your high beams on, unless it is night and you don't have oncoming traffic. Don't use high beams when it is foggy. Don't use them during the day. My gosh, they make special low power daytime running lights for daytime use. If you don't have these, use your low beams.
sun, stars, candles, lightbulbs
See: http://www.p71interceptor.com/lcm/ fo info.. The earlier models used a circuit breaker in the fuse block that can go bad and cause the lights to flash or it can be the "lighting control module" that is at fault..
Only if you do NOT use a flash on your camera. Lights disturb the turtles.
Why would you? Fog lights are designed for use in poor driving conditions such as fog or rain at night. Using high beams under those conditions would make matters worse, that's why your vehicles fog lights won't operate when the high beams are on.
High beams are the lights you want to use when driving at night when no one else is in front of you. High beams will give you increased visibility, and that's a good thing except when you're blinding other drivers, or driving in severe fog or rain. In severe fog or rain high beams can actually be worse.

What fireflies are looking for when they flash their lights are mates, but there are other reasons as to why they would flash their lights. They flash their lights as a survival method telling their predators that the chemicals in their light has a very bitter taste. They also use their light as a warning to other fireflies to stay away.
If you can see his headlights, drop your high beams. In some states its the law 300 feet at least.
