Sometimes, your items become invisible in Runescape due to a couple of situations. First, an item may become invisible if there is too much lag for it to load in your bank or inventory.
An item can also turn invisible if a new update caused a bug. If it is a bug, please report it by going to the Runescape home page and scroll to the bottom where you'll find a section called 'Support'. Look for 'Submit a Bug Report' and follow the directions.
