if you remove one on the lamps it will have some small print on the base of the bulb it may be both numbers and letters, but this will be the part number you are looking for and you can buy replacements at just about any automotive parts store.

Check under the rear left seat in the fuse panel. Replace the 15 amp fuse for the stop lamps, you can locate its position by looking in your owners manual.

im not really sure but if you open up the rear door for some cars there either little plastic screws/latches that give you access to the lights... on others you have to peal back the carpeting in the same general area as the lights to access them if you take it to auto zone they will show you as well as do it for free
