I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I think you are asking why it would only last for two days when it normally lasts 5 days. If thats what you are asking then it could just be some hormonal irregularity. If you are sexually active it could be implantation bleeding instead of an actual period but only about 25% of women experience it and half of those miscarry early on, many before they know they are pregnant. I wouldn't stress. It all has to do with hormones and there are many factors that can contribute to make them shorter or longer or heavier... etc. some of these are diet, exercise(or lack there of), sleep, stress... just to name a few. Might have a women's exam just to make sure all is well down under but slight irregularities are common and nothing to worry about. Hope that answered your question.
