Sounds like it is in need of a good tune-up including spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor.
A faulty crank sensor would cause no spark and no fuel.
A bad TPS might cause the engine to not fire up during cranking. But not crank? Nope.

Solenoid might be stuck. Try tapping it carefully and then try cranking it over.
yes it will crank, because cranking of the engine depends on the starting motor,it has nothing to do with fuel.But remember it will just crank not run.

i have a 2001 Chevy tracker and i just replaced the crank sensor. i have been having a problem with mine not cranking. i would drive it and cut it off. it would not crank up until after it sat for a while. the crank sensor has not fixed the problem though. you have to take the tranmission out and take the flywheel off. the sensor is behind it. hopes this helps. i got a sensor at napa for about $100. advance auto parts wanted about $174 for it i think
