check the mapping on your wires/coil/valve.
it should be like this...
LS400 1UZ-FE
firing order is:
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2,
Coils:
RH from the front 2-4-6-8
LH from the front 1-3-5-7
The RH/LH of the engine is facing forward, in other words, from the drivers seat looking forward.
me
The 2003 Lexus IS300 uses a 2JZ-GE inline-6 Toyota engine, and has 6 ignition coils (coil on plug).
locate cylinders 2000 rx300?
Do a compression test on all cylinders and compare findings. All cylinders should be within 10% of each other.
I am no mechanic but i just had my ignition coils changed on my ford expedition and there are 8 it was expensive to fix .
Check the sparks, if not it could be the rocker arms or coils in the engine, get a compression tester, test the compression of the cylinder, if theres no compression. throw a capfull of oil down the hole where the spark plug goes in and redo the test, if the compression goes up, somethings wrong wit the piston and the ring, if not check the cylinder head
Compression springs are coils made of round wire. The can be used in most mattresses and also in trampolines.
No, only change the defective ones.
have you done a compression test it may be a bad valve or piston or crack head gasket or head problem
vacum leak
Compression
Forces Acting on Truss BridgesThere are two major forces that act on bridges: compression and tension. The compression force bears down on an object to shorten or compress it, while tension is the directly opposing force that lengthens and stretches the object. A spring is a good example of a simple mechanism that works with both forces. Compression pushes the coils together, thus shortening the spring and tension pulls the coils further apart, lengthening the spring
