Why does 98 dodge neon shut down while driving then start back up after waiting 30 minutes?

Seems "for what i have read now" the the engine compartment wire harness is bad from the orange feed wire causing the asd (auto shutdown) to trigger killing the power to your fuel systems for a shot time. I have the same problem and am attempting to fix it shortly
