Australia needs laws just the same as other countries do - To keep everybody safe and to help everybody happy and healthy as possible.

Some Australian laws are:

-Everybody has to pass a driving test and get a licence before they can drive a car on out roads

-Animals or fruits from other countries don't make it past our borders

Imagine what Australia would be like without these laws. Our native animals would die or be very unhealthy, everybody on the roads or even near them would be in terrible danger... This is why Australia has laws.
