Apparently this is a temporary file created to help rich text editors copy and paste windows clipboard images. It's in the Mozilla Source Code, and nothing nefarious.
Firefox will create files called moz-screenshot.jpg when you paste images into rich text editors. It's possible you accidentally press the Print Screen button (which puts a screenshot on the clipboard) then pasted it into a text editor.

There is currently no version of Firefox for any iOS devices including the iPad, however Mozilla and the Firefox development team are currently developing a browsing app currently called "Junior" that is set to be released either in 2012 or 2013.
In order to "trick" a website into believing you are browsing in windows you must first be running Firefox. Once you have downloaded Firefox, go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59/ to download a Firefox add-on called User Agent Switcher. This add-on will allow you to spoof sites into believing you are browsing in a different browser than you truly are, such as Iphone or - for your purposes - Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8. You must first access tools, then the new tab created which should say "Default User Agent", and finally select a particular browser.
