Any decent auto parts store will have them for about $25 each (you need 2) and most DIYers will have the metric sockets and wrenches necessary to install.

Check all your vacuum hoses. Also change your fuel filter.
The top speed of the Ford SVT Focus is 135 mph. If its upgraded fully to the max it can hit around 160 mph.

The standard ford focus has a limiter at 110 mph. The zx4 st model has a claimed limiter of 120mph but speeds up to 125 have been acheived with the limiter in place
Because you're NOT supposed to be in 5th gear at 35mph.
