The day after The X Factor final, Cher Lloyd and will.i.am started writing and recording a song. However, a short while afterwards will.i.am gave this song to Cheryl Cole. Cher must have felt like her own mentor had betrayed her so they don't talk anymore. They have admitted they only got on well while the cameras were on during The X Factor, they have both moved on since The X Factor which is why they no longer talk to each other. Cheryl Cole did tweet Cher Lloyd saying how proud she is of her progress, so they don't hate each other. They just simply have their differences.
