∙ 11y agoListerine is an anti-septic, it was originally sold as a surgical anti-septic, it kills bacteria also it has pure alcohol (ethanol) in it which burns well bad, ever had really strong vodka neat?

You will need to talk to a plastic surgeon. I'm sure it will be expensive but totally doable depending on the ethics of the surgeon. The easiest way would probably be for them to tortch your tongue to burn them off. But There's no true way to get rid of your taste buds because they are like lil organisms on your tongue but you can burn them off but it will only last but so long. they will eventually grow back

Sorry but as far as i know, you cannot. The swab test is basically removing cells from the inside of your mouth for testing.. Brushing your teeth and washing out your mouth, even with Listerine, unfortunately wont remove the cells but it will surely clean your teeth, freshen your breath and protect ya from gingivitis and that's worse than smoking.. My advice, don't be out and about where you will be caught questioned and tested. Just be responsible with anything ya do.

I believe so. I have them and I have had for a long time. Now that I know what to look for I definitely know this is what cause my gums to turn dark. What I wonder is if its reversible; I'm going to start using citrus listerine an see if it helps.
