It's part of his character (at least, he calls it a character)...it's simply because anyone he faces opposes his views as an Arab. because he thinks that its cool when it really is not and it just makes the fans hate him b4 than they already did no idea why he does is it, but Arabs spitting on people doesent sound right, keep in mind there all actors getting paid big bucks so they will do pretty much anything. To Arabs, spitting at someone is an extremely disrespectful thing to do. So it just characterizes the part he's playing. It is really disrespectful.But it is part of his gimmick.
