You can't have an account on Photobucket.com unless you are 14 years of age or older. That means that you had to be born in 1995 and before to have an account.

its probably because you didn't say you were 18 or older. Either get a parent to enter the information for you, or just say your 18. Hope that's helps =D =D =D
