Rose returns to that universe even though there was no way of her getting through the rift however its only the rift between those two universes so what shes done is travel through all the other universes until she found a rift to get to the none parallel rift and went to every universe on the none parallel universe until she found the doctor, just to let you know i worked that out and I'm 16 :) thanks, Matthew O.
