Why does RuneScape copy World of Warcraft?

If you happen to look at the release dates for each game, you'll see that Runescape was released 3 years before World of Warcraft. In addition, they are the same genre - similarities are almost certain to occur. Yes i actuly agree with that I just started playing WoW i only have a lvl 11 and 13 yes i know im a noob but I said WoW sucks befor i actuly tryed it so you cant dis it until try it. Um actually both of you are dumb the pvp and raiding in wow beats any game I know from experience i have 4 lvl 80s :D! And I have no life and have never had a girlfriend :D! Although there are many similarities between Runescape and World of Warcraft, they are twocompletelydifferent games. If it seems like one is copying from the other, then it is probably unintentional, or put in just to satisfy players.

Also, players of both games continually gripe and moan that "this game has this, why can't we", so the developers put that into the game (slightly changed of course), and then get accused of copying, usually by the very same players that griped and moaned in the first place.

Um, WOW is challenging runescape, not the other way around. Runescape has more members and also has a freeplay section with a great deal of items to use, allowing a greater understanding before becomming a member. Runescape won best mmorpg game in 2007 and 2008, what did WOW win....nothing important!
