Star Trek Voyager is currently [as of late August 2016] airing in syndication on SyFy in the U.K.
It does not appear to be in syndication in the U.S., however it is available through Time Warner, over a channel with the call letters, WGWGDT, it appears to be Time Warner specific meaning it's not syndicated on Lifetime or TBS for example, you have to be subscribed to TW to receive the channel. Check your local Time Warner listings for channel number.
