The "end of the world" is another satanic deception foisted upon mankind by the this world's god. He would like nothing better than to twist, pervert and otherwise "destroy" everything God has made. ALL OF CREATION.
When God speaks of the "end of the world"... He's talking about the end of the AGE... or the "dispensation of time" that He has allotted to man to rule the earth on his own.
Jesus reveals in The Bible that as this "time period" or "AGE" of man's rule comes to its close [which He calls Great Tribulation]... the world will come perilously close to ending with all life on it:
"...for then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, THERE SHOULD NO FLESH BE SAVED [man or animal flesh]: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." (Matt.24:21-22)
God is going to SAVE THE WORLD FROM MAN'S ERRANT RULE OF THE EARTH! He's letting man's AGE of lawlessness and sin teach him how NOT TO GOVERN [how NOT TO LIVE] for a lesson that will last him for all Eternity.
We're told in the Bible that one of the reasons God is returning to earth is to:
"...DESTROY THEM WHICH DESTROY THE EARTH." (Rev.11:18) The greatest of whom is the god of this world to whom man has been enslaved since the Garden of Eden -- SATAN the Devil."
"...they had a king over them, which is the angel of the Bottomless Pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is ABADDON["a destroying angel" - Strong's Definitions], but in the Greek tongue hath his name APOLLYON ["a destroyer(i.e. Satan)..." - Strong's Definitions]" (Rev.9:11)
God is going to STOP THE ENDING OF THE EARTH before man causes it to happen... under the destructive guiding hand of his god, Satan.
"...world WITHOUT END." (Isa.45:17).
"And I saw a New Heaven and a NEW EARTH... And I John saw the Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven... Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself SHALL BE WITH THEM..." (Rev.21:1-3).
"...Behold, I MAKE ALL THINGS NEW..." (verse 5).
"...and the nations of them WHICH ARE SAVED shall walk in the Light of it: and the kings OF THE EARTH do bring their glory and honour into it." (verse 24)
It's all a necessary character-building learning process; learning the ways of evil... so that GOOD may be seen in its proper Light. That its lesson may be indelibly impressed upon God's Children, His future Immortal Family, that they might NEVER REPEAT it again for all Eternity.
God doesn't "have the world end." He "ALLOWS" man to "have his time" [his AGE] to bring it inevitably close to ending... through the works of his sins. But, shall SAVE man and the earth as man's "time of rule on the earth" is done.
"...Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus." (Rev.22:20)
