The seven basic forces:

We have seven basic forces and each of them is represented by a basic Hindu god.

They are,

1. Dreaming force - Indra

2. Illusory force - Shakti

3. Voluntary force - Brahma

4. Semi voluntary force - Vishnu

5. Involuntary force - Shiva

6. Status altering force - Shani

7. Compulsive force - Yama

The Semi voluntary force:

This is the default force of Hindus. In this there is a layer of Voluntary force trapped between two layers of Involuntary force. Beyond the layers of Involuntary forces are the positive and the negative attitudes. The attitudes are the fences of this forces. Thus, the graph of change in muscle tone produced by this force is sinusoidal or s-shaped.

Since the Semi voluntary (Vishnu) force is made of two forces viz. Voluntary force and Involuntary force, Vishnu has two pairs of hands.

The Incarnations of Vishnu:

Maintaining status quo is of vital importance if our life is chaotic. However, often it is a disadvantage. Then we can take any part of the s-shaped wave as reference state (Resting muscle tone) and lead distinct lives. These are symbolically represented by the Incarnations of Vishnu. Rama and Krishna are the most popular Incarnations of Vishnu.

1. Rama:

Rama is symbolic of the Negative attitude. Negative attitude (Rama) gives us satisfaction, makes us disciplined and makes our behavior immaculate.

Negative attitude is Involuntary force in pure form

2. Krishna:

Krishna is symbolic of the Positive attitude. Positive attitude (Krishna) enables us to succeed against all odds.

Positive attitude is Involuntary force in pure form

The arms:

Since Vishnu represents two forces he has four arms. Rama and Krishna represent just one force. Therefore, they have just one pair of arms.
