First check to make sure the compressor is switching on. if not, you have an electrical proble (fuse or a lose connection of a short) If it is engaging, then you probably need to recharge the system. If it is a very slow leak, you can use a refrigerent with sealer mixed in and that may fix your probleam (at least for a while) Otherwise you may have a leak that will require professional repair

Need more info like, is the blower working or not, is the air coming out cold or warm when it should be hot, is the air not coming out where it should be.
Minimum spec at a warm idle is about 12psi. Normal is about 30 at idle. Should go 40-60 at 3000 rpm.
Check your coolant level. The gurgling is often a sign that the coolant is level is too low.
