Check the Power Seat Switch first to make sure it is working.
Next use a test light to make sure the switch is getting power.
It could be that the gears under the seat that move the seat are stripped.
If the gears are stripped I would take the whole seat out of the Car and replace the Frame that the Seat bolts on to and the Gear Box is attached to the frame also.
I did not have no luck trying to replace the Gear Box by itself.

If the gears are stripped I would recommend taking the whole seat out and you can take the seat off the frame which holds the seat and gears and go to a Salvage Yard and purchase the seat frame with the Power Seat gear box and wires all intact. I had a mess trying to repair just the gears.
