Probably because the o-ring seals on the injectors are 23 years old...
Mine has fuel injectors
the fuel injectors are located on the top of the throttle body, to get at them take off the air filter assembly, once you remove that you will see the two injectors on the top.
there's four injectors you have two primary and two secondary , the primary injectors are on the top of engine very visible but the secondary you would have to remove upper intake plenum to get to them ...
They come out the top of the throttle body. Clean area thoroughly before replacing the injectors to avoid any dirt getting in to the system.
= Fuel Injector, 1988-95 GMC TRUCK C SERIES [INCLUDES TRUCK & SUBURBAN] 5.7L = Where is the module for the fuel injectors located?
Yes ( fordparts.com lists fuel injectors , pressure regulator etc. )
Sometimes She Cries was created in 1988.
No there is not, Probley need to replace ingnition module in the distributor if the injectors are not working.
To start the Jag, is pretty simple... You have to prime the injectors... on the fuel rail is a treaded nipple, take the cap off and very slowly pour gas into the fuel rail... then the injectors are primed and the car should start... also check your fuel pump it should prime the injectors on its own...
Only Two of the injectors run constantly. The other two are staged to "Turn On" After certain RPM and Load requirements are met. injector seat rings are shot or pluged you need to replace the injectors but replace all not just the two because you will have it apart anyway
It is under the air cap and behind the fuel injectors.
Driver's side of the dashboard, usually best seen through the windshield. It can sometimes be found on the driver's door or door frame.
