If you've already changed the CPS, there's also a sync sensor, and a latch solenoid. Either one might get weak and fail when hot. Also, check your oil viscosity and the oil pressure sensor because the motor will automatically shut down to prevent damage if the sensor says oil pressure is too low.

In case you haven't done so allready, check all the fuses under the hood and in the dash.
Try checking all the wires in the wiring harness under the hood, could be a problem with a wire or a ground wire somewhere. Also check all of the ground wires under the hood (black wires) for any corrosion or tears. It could also be a problem with the engine control unit (ecu).
