On these 3rd generation z24's I have come across problems with the horn honking when you turn the wheel either left or right...mainly left. But if you remove the air bag on the steering column you will find that the little plastic thing that sticks up with a wire and spring attached,(push in and twist to remove)it will be broken and is shorting out and causing the horn to honk. But with your clicking problem it sounds like the horn may be bad or stuck. With jumper wires connect it strait to the battery and see if it goes off,if it does reconnect it and see if it was just stuck. Also check the fuse to the cig lighter. they both run thru that fuse. Other than that it will be the horn relay,a bad ground at the horn switch, or in the wiring.
You have a bad CV joint (half shaft) needs replacing. Just take note of which side the noise is at, so you repair the correct one.
Bad wheel bearing or there is a problem with the tire itself.

It is low on freon.
Location of clicking sound not stated but: My 95 S-10, 4.3L engine was clicking when it was running. Turned out to be the fan tapping against the fan shroud, motor mounts were wearing, causing fan to hit this shroud. This may be your problem but you didn't state what area of vehicle sound comes from.

the flasher relay.
The audible warning sound, for your 2000 Chevy Cavalier, can be fixed by replacing the sounding device. The sounding device can be purchased at most auto-parts stores.
