Why does a 1998 Mitsubishi mirage manual transmission car keep jerking at low speeds especially in gear 1 and 2 you have changed distrubutor fuel pump and fuel filter?

If its not a miss-fire the jerking is probably caused by your foot on the gas pedel going back and forth with the jerking of the car most likely the throttle return spring is to light.

The transmission filter is inside of the transmission. The pan will have to be removed, then the filter can be changed. There is no drain plug on a transmission, the bolts have to be loosened, more on one corner so that the pan tilts and fluid drains over the low corner into a bucket or pan.
