Is it a lifter ticking?
Cars often idle fast when you start them up. The automatic choke will make the car idles fast for a while then the idle speed will slow down, once the engine warms up.
Checl your manual for a cold start injector. if it has one check your voltage after it warms up. if you have voltage after car warms up you have a problem with the circuit. if you don't have voltage, remove and plug the fuel line to this solinoid, start and run car and check your symptoms again.
Wait until it warms up and melts
Could be that your low on power steering fluid. When it's cold, the fluid is more viscus, but once it warms up and thins out there isn't enough.
Todays car warms up faster if you drive it. Just drive easy
Probably the headlight switch is defective. When the car warms up, the metal contacts will expand, causing them to again make contact and turn lights on.

Not much information to go on but I would start with changing the fuel filter.
