Paper is dyed green, there is not plant that produces green paper.
Take a piece of paper and cut it in half (anywhere will do) and you will have two pieces of paper - and your original piece of paper has changed shape.

If you put a piece of white paper under a green light all that will happen is the paper will turn green. The only time this will vary is if you have special ink that will show up under certain colored light.
