A high percentage of mistresses are the losers. This married man has no intentions of leaving his wife anytime soon and the fact it will be 15 years before his children are old enough he has a gall to ask you to wait that long. Every indication is you are being used for sex and perhaps companionship, but he is getting the best of both ... his wife and kids and you. If you were mature enough you would tell this married man to hit the road and go back to his wife and straighten up your act and start dating single men.
