Anorexia can cause problems with the heart and with blood flow (vain constriction). This can result in poor blood flow to the extremities (hand, feets, fingers, legs, ect.) and cause blodd to pool up when resting in such extremities. Also, anorexics tend to have less body mass and insulating fat on their bodies, and will get colder mroe easily. One of the body's first reactions to the cold is to become flushed, like how your cheeks will get rosy red.

The most important thing to do if you find out someone you love has anorexia is to take them to a doctor. The doctor will be able take care of the person. He will know what to do.
